Dear New Orleans,

I never thought I could live in Latin America and the United States simultaneously. Then I moved into your boarders. And yes, I was proven wrong. I believe I am living somewhere between Chile and Ecuador. It’s a place where trolley drivers stop the vehicle to run personal errands, the mail man delivers mail only if he feels like it, and people (probably of all ages) can legally consume alcohol in the middle of the street.

Oh city, you bring me pleasure, fear and everything in between. Please let me dedicate this blog to you.
